Living alone in the big Apple was an eye opening experience. I rushed shows constantly and payed next to nothing for student tickets. I explored what life in the city is really like, and really began to understand what I want to get out of in a campus. In this Engineering course we spent our time in the print labs and at our computers designing new ways to get people to take their medicine. I focused on the fear of swallowing the pills and looked into vagus nerve stimulation to induce relaxation. By rewiring a tens unit and creating a wrap around the neck device we used electrical impulses to target the vagus nerve. Besides the course I made some amazing friends. The people I spent these two weeks with became my family and my safety net in the big city. Below you will find my pictures from some of the memories I made and projects I built.
